About these terms
These terms explain use of techosolution.com and the general basis on which Techo Solution discusses and provides website development, WordPress engineering, plugins, integrations, automation, design and related services. Please read them before using the website or commissioning work.
A project begins only when the relevant scope, fees and commercial terms have been agreed in writing by the parties. Website enquiries and general discussions alone do not create an obligation to deliver a project. The contracting party’s legal details should be identified in the accepted proposal, order or agreement. A specific written agreement takes precedence over these general terms where they differ, subject to mandatory law.
Using this website
Use the website lawfully and without interfering with its security or availability. Do not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, submit unlawful material or misuse our forms and communications channels.
Website descriptions, articles and examples provide general information, not a guarantee of suitability or results for your particular circumstances. Contact us for a current assessment or proposal. We may correct inaccuracies and update website information; this does not change an existing signed agreement.
Proposals, scope and changes
The accepted proposal or statement of work should define deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, responsibilities, milestones, fees and dependencies. Work outside that scope, including additional integrations, content, revisions or features, requires written agreement on any resulting cost or timing change before it is undertaken.
Estimates depend on the information available and the stated assumptions. Dates may need to change if scope changes, required access or decisions are delayed, or a third-party dependency changes. We will communicate material impacts and discuss a revised plan rather than treating an estimate as an unconditional guarantee.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate requirements, authorized access, necessary content and licences, timely feedback and an appropriate point of contact. You must have the right to use materials and data supplied for the project and authority to instruct work on the relevant systems.
Before changes to a live system, the parties should agree backups, staging, access and launch responsibilities. Do not share credentials through an unsecured initial enquiry. Business operations, provider accounts, legal notices, content accuracy and regulatory requirements remain your responsibility unless a specific responsibility is expressly included in the agreed scope.
Fees, invoices and third-party costs
Fees, currency, applicable taxes, payment schedule and any deposit are set out in the accepted proposal or invoice. Third-party hosting, domains, software subscriptions, provider charges and licences are included only where expressly stated. We will seek agreement before adding chargeable work outside the scope.
If an invoice is disputed, contact us promptly with the reason. If an undisputed payment remains overdue, we may give notice and pause affected work until a payment plan or resolution is agreed, to the extent permitted by law. Any interest, late charges or collection costs must be expressly agreed and lawful; this page does not create an unspecified penalty.
Ownership, licences and deliverables
You retain rights in materials you supply. Rights in custom deliverables, source files and source code, including any transfer on payment, should be specified in the written agreement. Do not assume that every component is exclusively assigned merely because it appears in a project.
Our pre-existing tools, reusable components and know-how remain ours unless expressly assigned. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their respective licences. The agreement should provide the permissions needed to use the delivered solution for its intended purpose. Published portfolio examples identify third-party brands for reference; their trademarks remain with their owners.
Testing, acceptance and ongoing support
The project agreement should define the testing scope, review process, acceptance criteria and any included defect-resolution period. Raise issues with enough information to reproduce them. Acceptance and any remedies are determined by the agreement and applicable law; silence on its own is not an unlimited waiver of rights.
Maintenance, new features, compatibility updates, security monitoring, hosting administration and support beyond the included scope require a separate agreement. Third-party APIs, payment providers, plugin versions and platform policies can change. Existing solutions require compatibility and access checks; displaying a plugin on this website does not promise instant purchase, universal compatibility or provider approval.
Confidentiality and personal information
Each party should protect non-public project information received from the other and use it only for the engagement, except where disclosure is authorized, already lawful and public, or legally required. Access may be shared with people supporting delivery on a need-to-know basis and subject to suitable confidentiality obligations.
Our Privacy Policy explains personal information associated with the website and enquiries. Where we process personal data on your behalf, the parties should agree documented instructions, access limits and any required data-processing terms before processing begins. Neither party should disclose sensitive production data beyond what is necessary for the work.
Cancellation, termination and refunds
Either party may request cancellation or termination in accordance with the written agreement and applicable law. We will discuss work completed, reasonable committed costs, handover obligations and any unused advance payments. Refund entitlement depends on the agreement, services actually supplied and mandatory legal rights; there is no blanket no-refund rule.
Where a material breach can be remedied, the parties should give reasonable notice and an opportunity to resolve it, unless the agreement or law allows immediate action. On termination, each party must address outstanding payments, return or deletion of confidential information and agreed transfer of deliverables. Confidentiality, accrued payment obligations and relevant licence terms may continue.
Service standards, liability and disputes
We aim to deliver agreed services with reasonable care and skill. Project outcomes also depend on the agreed scope, client decisions and third-party systems. We do not promise a particular search ranking, revenue increase, continuous third-party availability or an entirely error-free internet service.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, or removes applicable consumer or other mandatory rights. Any project-specific warranty or reasonable liability limit must be set out in the agreement and comply with applicable law; this page imposes no arbitrary liability cap. Raise concerns with admin@techosolution.com first so we can seek a practical resolution. Governing law and dispute venue may be agreed for the engagement, subject to mandatory law and any court jurisdiction or rights that cannot be excluded.
Contact and updates
Questions about these terms, proposals or an engagement can be sent to admin@techosolution.com or through our contact page. Keep a copy of the accepted proposal and relevant written instructions.
These terms are effective from 16 October 2026. Later revisions apply prospectively and do not retrospectively alter an existing signed agreement without the parties’ agreement or a lawful basis. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply so far as lawful.
