Who this policy is for
Techo Solution operates techosolution.com and handles personal information associated with this website, project enquiries and agency communications. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Techo Solution. Contact us at admin@techosolution.com about personal information handled by the agency.
When we work with personal data in a client’s website or application, the client determines the purpose of that processing. Our access and responsibilities should be documented in the project agreement and, where required, a data-processing agreement. The client’s own privacy notice covers its users.
Information we collect
You may provide your name, email address, telephone number, company, website address, requested service, project details, budget and timeline when contacting us. We also receive the correspondence, files and business information you choose to share during an engagement.
Our website and its hosting or security services may record technical information such as IP address, browser, device, requested pages, referring page and access time for delivery, diagnostics and security. Do not send passwords, full card details, identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information through an initial enquiry. Use an agreed secure channel when access is required.
Why we use information
We use relevant information to respond to enquiries, assess requirements, prepare proposals, provide and support agreed services, communicate about projects, administer invoices and business records, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations.
Where a legal basis is required, relevant bases may include steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations and legitimate interests in operating and securing the business. We consider the effect on individuals when relying on legitimate interests. Where consent is required for a particular activity, that activity needs separate consent; submitting an enquiry is not general consent to unrelated marketing.
Contact forms, email and communications
Information submitted through our contact form is used to handle the enquiry and related follow-up. Messages may pass through our website hosting, form and email systems. We may keep relevant correspondence as part of enquiry or project records.
If you choose an external messaging or social platform, that provider also processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. You can ask us to stop optional follow-up or marketing at any time by emailing admin@techosolution.com. Essential communications about an active project, payment or legal matter may still be necessary.
Cookies, Google tag and third-party services
Our website uses WordPress and supporting services. Cookies or similar storage may be used for essential functions, preferences, security and measurement. A Google tag is present on the website; depending on its configuration, it can send Google technical and usage information such as page visits, device/browser information, identifiers and IP-related information.
Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can manage stored cookies through your browser and use available Google privacy controls. Blocking storage may affect functionality, and browser cookie controls do not necessarily prevent every network request. Non-essential technologies must be managed in accordance with applicable consent requirements. This notice itself is not a cookie-consent mechanism.
Sharing and international processing
We disclose information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including to providers supporting website hosting, email, communications, security, accounting and project delivery; professional advisers; and authorities where disclosure is legally required. People given access should have an appropriate business need and confidentiality obligations.
Providers or collaborators may process information in countries different from your own. Applicable transfer requirements depend on the location, service and law involved. Where required, appropriate contractual or other lawful safeguards must be in place. Contact us for details relevant to a particular engagement or transfer. We do not offer enquiry information for sale or give it to unrelated businesses for their own marketing.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, engagement, support, accounting, legal or dispute-related purpose. Retention depends on the nature of the record, the relationship, applicable legal requirements and any active dispute or preservation duty; we do not keep all information indefinitely by default.
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and service, including limiting access and using secure channels where appropriate. No website, email service or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Ask us about deletion or retention of your records; some information may need to remain in legal records or protected backups until their normal lifecycle ends.
Your rights and choices
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, request portability, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully carried out. Some rights have exceptions.
Email admin@techosolution.com with your request. We may need proportionate information to confirm identity and understand the request, and will respond within the period required by applicable law. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority where available. If a request concerns data controlled by one of our clients, contact that client; we can assist it under the applicable agreement.
Children, external websites and policy changes
Our agency website and enquiry services are intended for business and professional use, not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information unnecessarily, please contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
Links to other websites and platforms are governed by their own privacy practices. We may update this policy when services, practices or legal requirements change. The date on this page identifies the current version; material changes will be communicated where required. This policy does not automatically amend an existing signed client agreement.
