The Golf Lab needed personalized user experience design to stand out. The goal was to personalize the user experience by offering dynamic headers and homepage content based on individual preferences. However, standard WordPress themes show the same header to every visitor. In fact, they needed a system that could adapt to each user choices.

The Challenge: One-Size-Fits-All Headers

The challenge was personalization. While powerful, the WoodMart theme displays static headers by default. The client wanted users to choose from three distinct headers. Additionally, the homepage layout needed to change based on user preferences. As a result, we needed a solution that could remember choices without slowing down the site.

We delivered a personalized user experience design solution. Using the WoodMart theme, we developed functionality to allow users to choose from three distinct headers via a popup form. We configured the site to display different headers and homepage layouts based on user input. Moreover, we saved preferences using cookies. This ensures efficient performance without overloading the server with multiple requests. In addition, we enabled users to easily modify their selections at any time for a customized browsing experience.
