DESIGN DRAFT ยท Effective date to be confirmed
On this page
This page is a proposed content structure for your developer. It must be reviewed and completed against Techo Solutionโs actual business practices before use as a live legal document.
01 / Terms & Conditions
Scope of these terms
These draft terms describe use of the Techo Solution website and the proposed framework for discussing services. They are a design and content draft for review, not an approved client contract. A signed proposal, statement of work or service agreement should govern a paid engagement.
Confirm the contracting entity, address, effective date and how the final terms will be presented and accepted.
02 / Terms & Conditions
Using the website
Use the website for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, introduce malicious software or misuse enquiry forms. Respect the rights of Techo Solution, its clients and third parties.
Review the acceptable-use wording against the actual website features and applicable law.
03 / Terms & Conditions
Enquiries, proposals and project scope
Submitting an enquiry starts a conversation; it does not by itself confirm a booking or create an agreed project scope. Before work begins, the parties should agree deliverables, assumptions, dependencies, responsibilities, acceptance criteria and an appropriate schedule in writing.
Define the actual quotation validity and project approval process in the agreement used for each engagement.
04 / Terms & Conditions
Fees, payments and scope changes
Pricing, currency, taxes, deposits, payment milestones and due dates should be set out in the relevant written agreement. Requests outside the agreed scope should be assessed and agreed before additional work proceeds.
Confirm commercial terms. No standard deposit percentage, late fee or payment deadline has been assumed in this draft.
05 / Terms & Conditions
Client responsibilities and collaboration
The proposed delivery framework asks clients to provide authorised access, accurate requirements, necessary materials and timely decisions. Clients should have the right to use the content and data they provide. Changes or missing dependencies may affect delivery plans and should be discussed openly.
Agree response times, access procedures and any schedule implications in the project document.
06 / Terms & Conditions
Ownership, licences and third-party tools
Ownership and permitted use of custom deliverables should be defined in the written agreement. Pre-existing tools, third-party components, open-source code, fonts and other licensed materials remain subject to their relevant licences. Payment gateway and API services may have separate accounts, fees and terms.
Confirm IP transfer conditions, reusable agency materials and third-party licence obligations. Do not assume all code is exclusively owned by one party.
07 / Terms & Conditions
Testing, acceptance and support
Testing scope, review opportunities, acceptance procedures and post-delivery support should be agreed for each project. Ongoing maintenance, compatibility updates, hosting administration and new features should be distinguished from the original delivery scope.
Confirm the actual acceptance period, defect process and support coverage. This draft does not create an unlimited support commitment.
08 / Terms & Conditions
Confidentiality and personal information
Confirm confidentiality, data-processing and security obligations appropriate to the engagement.
09 / Terms & Conditions
Cancellation, refunds and disputes
Cancellation rights, refunds, work already completed and termination procedures should be stated in the applicable agreement. If a concern arises, contact Techo Solution so the parties can discuss it and use the agreed dispute process.
Confirm cancellation and refund rules, governing law and dispute venue with appropriate advice. No jurisdiction or blanket no-refund rule has been invented.
10 / Terms & Conditions
Website content and responsibility
Website content provides general information about services and work. Project examples do not guarantee identical results for another business. Third-party links are provided for reference. Any warranty terms, liability limits or exclusions must be drafted for the actual engagement and remain subject to applicable mandatory rights.
Approve any limitations of liability and warranties before publication. This draft deliberately sets no arbitrary liability cap.
11 / Terms & Conditions
